Hereford Oak is a range of high quality modern furniture made from solid American White Oak. Simple, contemporary furniture designed and styled in the UK, each item is hand built using the age old skills of the artisan. Hereford Oak furniture is crafted to the highest standards using only solid wood, dovetailed drawers, solid oak and groove drawer bottoms and back panels. The strength and beauty of the oak is enhanced with a satin lacquer finish giving a smooth, gentle sheen and revealing the natural beauty of the grain and colour of the oak. The large filing drawers use metal runners and will fit foolscap files with tab tops. The smaller drawer runs on wooden runners. There are no veneers used in the construction of Hereford Oak furniture.
